We accept payment by cash, cheque, UK credit and debit card (No American Express/Diners Club please) and BACS transfer (normally for account customers).

We deliver to all our customers as fast as we can, but small companies cannot offer next day delivery as standard. We may be able to do this fairly often despite this, but all our customers are as important as each other and the requirements of older orders must be fulfilled first.

We are experts in our respective fields so please feel free to ask our advice on anything, however there are more things to know about building materials than 1,000 experts could remember, so we will only ever be able to do our best to help!

We recycle whenever possible and we believe everyone else should be doing so too. As such, we will always offer reclaimed products by default unless specifically asked about new materials.
